All orders will be processed within 1-3 business days.

We use Australia Post. Please allow up to 3-10 business days for delivery within Australia and 7-12 business days for shipping to New Zealand*. Delivery times may be extended during busy periods. 

If you want to arrange shipping outside of Australia, please contact us directly.

Please ensure your delivery details are correct. We will not accept responsibility for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect details. 

The delivery times provided are estimates only.

If you are sending a gift, please let us know, and we will send the order without prices or payment information.

Once your parcel leaves our store, we can not be held responsible for delays due to Australia Post or their shipping partners as these delays are out of our control.

*The International Shipping charges above do not include possible taxes and charges imposed by the country of origin or destination. The customer is solely responsible for any costs incurred for any customs duties, foreign taxes, or other fees that may occur. 

Store Pick Up

Orders must be collected within 90 days.

You can collect pick-up orders during our store opening hours:

Monday - Friday: 10am - 5pm

Saturday: 10am - 4pm

Sunday: 10am - 2pm
